ON-THE-PALLET FILLING
If you despatch your products ON-THE-PALLET then it makes sense to fill ON-THE-PALLET.
Use the Permex flexible filling concept to increase your productivity and to improve your accuracy. When you use a Permex Alpaca, Permex Panda or Permex Jumbo filling system only empty containers need to be placed on the pallet and thereafter, once the filling head is in the bung-hole, the process is hands-off until the fill is complete.

By using the most up-to-date and cost effective metering and weighing techniques, backed by modern electronic and pneumatic control technology, accuracy of fill can be closely controlled and recorded. Using an in-line metering system, whilst one container is filling, others can be de-bunged or re-bunged and clinch sealed.
Permex on-the-pallet filling systems are custom designed and built to match the customer's requirements. They can be trolley mounted for mobility throughout the factory, and have quick-action couplings for product, electrics, pneumatics and vapour removal to make relocation a simple matter.
Permex MassFill systems fill on-the-pallet too but, by using a mass flowmeter, let you fill by the kilogram and yet still have the advantage of:

- Accuracy better than Weights and measures standards.

If the drummed liquid is not for resale, then, as an alternative, a Permex LevelGuard all pneumatic level detector system (normally used for over-fill protection) can make a really budget-priced on-the-pallet or I.B.C. filling system for use even with highly flammable liquids.
